Google Plus is certainly testing their Knowledge Infopanel.
This morning the Google Plus Knowledge Infopanel is displaying an Image attached to posts made on the Google Plus Business / Brand pages.
Test usually last for a 24hr period.
Knowledge Infopanel with Image
Previous test (Now Live) was to add a Live / Clickable Link in the Knowledge Infopanel. This would only show up if the Page Link was placed in the Add Link attachment and not if posted in Dialogue Box.
Theory on Knowledge Infopanel Test
As in the previous test, with Live / Clickable link, which we now see, the live links only appear if you add the link to the Add Link attachment.
Could they be testing to combine the Two.
Image Displayed without Live Link – If image was added with link in Dialogue Box
Image Displayed with Live Link – Uses image from featured image if URL added to Add Link attachment.
We shall have to wait and see.
