On January 15th we caught Google testing a new version of Google Plus Knowledge Infopanel, the Infopanel was smaller and was showing live links. This was live for approximatly 12 hours and then reverted back to the original version of the Knowledge Infopanel.
Assuming this is not another Test !
The new version has been rolled out including live links.
New Google Plus Knowledge Infopanel
New Knowledge Infopanel, showing 1 live link. It will show up to 2 Live links.
For live / clickable links to show in the Infopanel, the URL needs to be posted in the add link. URL’s added in the dialogue box will not show as live / clickable links.
The new version also leaves out a snippet of the businesses description which is replaced by a Google+ Follow button. (The Google+ follow is not visible in screenshot as it was taken in Incognito)

For the links to be shown as Live / Clickable they must be added in the add link section, they do not display if added in dialogue box / body of text.

The reason the above links are not Live / Clickable is because the URL was added in the body of text, rather then the add link attachment.
Lets hope this is not another Test 
or I may have to re title to Google Plus testing again.
